1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern use of www.snokko.co.uk and purchases from SNOKKO LTD. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

Products are subject to availability. If an ordered Product becomes unavailable, we may contact you about an alternative or cancel the affected order and refund amounts due.

6. Prices and Promotions

Prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed before checkout. We may correct genuine errors in prices or descriptions. Promotional codes may have specific conditions shown with the offer.

7. Orders and Contract

You should check your order details before payment. We will provide order confirmation and contract information electronically. An order acknowledgement may not itself mean that the order has been accepted; the contract is formed when we accept the order, subject to applicable law.

8. Payment

Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout. Third-party payment-provider terms may apply. We may decline an order where payment cannot be authorised or fraud is reasonably suspected.

9. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated times will be shown at checkout. Unless a different period is agreed, UK distance-selling rules generally require delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after contract formation. This does not limit your rights where delivery is delayed.

10. Cancellation and Returns

11. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

Products must comply with applicable statutory consumer rights, including requirements relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and description. Nothing in these Terms excludes those rights.

We are not responsible for delay caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control, such as severe natural events, major transport disruption or government action, to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
